PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIME

We typically ship all orders within 2 - 4 business days. After that, items typically arrive to customers within:

  • USA: 2 - 5 business days
  • Canada: 4 - 10 business days
  • UK, most of EU: 3 - 7 business days
  • Australia, NZ: 8 - 20 business days
  • Rest of the World: 5 - 20 business days

All our products SHIP FAST from our factories in USA 🇺🇸 and Amsterdam, NL

Once an item leaves our warehouse and is handed to the carrier, the shipping process is the responsibility of the carrier.

 

SHIPPING CARRIERS:

For USA Domestic orders, we use UPS to the local depot, with USPS as the last-mile partner.

For USA Priority orders, we use FedEx to the local depot, with USPS as the last-mile partner.

For Canada orders, we use UPS, running on an equivalent to First Class International service.

For Europe, UK, and International, we use Landmark Global, running on an equivalent to First Class International service.

Once the package has landed in the destination country, it is delivered by the domestic mail carrier in that country.

 

DIDN'T RECIEVE YOUR ORDER:

Please email us: support@customizedgiftshop.com, quoting your order number from the confirmation email/SMS message. We'll help track down your order. 

  

ABOUT CUSTOMS FEES/TAXES:

We do our best to help ensure your item arrives as smoothly and quickly as possible, including labelling the package with all relevant information for customs authorities.

Changes to EU customs regulations means you may be charged sales tax (VAT) upon delivery of your order. Refer to your country tax authority for guidance on what fees are due on items shipped from the USA.

If fees are charged by customs, they are payable by the recipient. 

 

SHIPPING INSURANCE:

Shipping insurance is offered at checkout. It covers you in case the item is marked as delivered on tracking, but customer did not receive it.

To make a claim, contact our support team.

Please note - shipping insurance is non-refundable once your order has shipped. It covers a single replacement, not a refund.
