Returns - Refunds - Exchanges - Cancellation Policy

Thank you for your Customized Gift Shop purchase. We take great pride in producing high-quality and beautiful products.  We hope you love the item(s) you purchased as much as we do. When things don’t turn out as expected, we want to do everything we reasonably can to make things right. Please review our refund policy below.

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

We try to start production of all orders as soon as possible.

Depending on when your order was placed, cancellation may be possible if production has not yet begun.

Please contact our support team (support@customizedgiftshop.com) and provide your order number within 12 hours to check if cancellation is possible. Following that period, the order is secured for processing and cannot be canceled.

 

WHAT DO I DO IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED/INCORRECT?

If any items that arrived damaged, defective, or we shipped you the wrong item:

  • Please contact us (support@customizedgiftshop.com) and send pictures of the damaged or incorrect item to start the replacement process.
  • We'll arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you as soon as possible. Please do not return items to us without authorization from support first.
  • Please note that we don't accept returns on items that have already been used or tags have already been removed.

CAN I RETURN MY PURCHASE?

We hope you'll love the item you purchased. If there's any concerns about it or you are thinking of returning it, please contact our support team (support@customizedgiftshop.com) for assistance, explaining your reasons for wanting to return it. We offer a 30 day returns policy from the delivery date.

Unsuccessful deliveries resulting from customer errors in the shipping address or unavailability, as well as any product loss in areas considered secure by shipping carriers (once confirmed as delivered), will not qualify for returns or refunds. Refusal to receive the delivery will also not be eligible for a refund.

Please note, we are unable to offer refunds on any personalized purchases made. If a customer receives an item different from what the customer ordered, we will only remake the order at no charge.


MY ITEM LOOKS DIFFERENT TO THE ONLINE LISTING

This is a very rare occurrence. We make every effort to accurately represent all designs and products.

It's possible you may have an item that is showing a defect, please take a few photos and send them to our support team for review, along with your order ID.

 

     We do not offer a refund if your order does not arrive due to reasons beyond our control (for example: providing a wrong shipping address, not cleared by customs, delayed by natural disasters, pandemic …)
